Terms and conditions
These terms apply to quotes, interventions, IT support, computer help, advice, installations and other services of Digital Assistance bv.
Appointments and services
Services are provided by appointment or after agreement on the requested support. Digital Assistance may advise remote support or an on-site appointment depending on the issue.
Quotes and approval
Where necessary, work is carried out after approval of the proposed approach or quote.
Liability
Digital Assistance works carefully and professionally. Customers are responsible for maintaining adequate backups of important data unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Governing version
In case of differences between language versions, the Dutch version prevails unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
